Retun Policy:

While placing the order in dosmios please go through the terms and conditions, privacy policy and  return policy. While placing the order please add the required quantity of products to the cart and proceed to cart. You can  add or delete a product  in the cart before proceeding to the payment . Once the order placed from website or through the mobile app the order status sent to your mobile via email and message. You cannot delete/cancel the order after placing it. if you want to cancel your order you can write to us on: customerservice@dosmios.com or call us on 7901677577 by explain the exact issue to our customer support team . Refund Policy:

After the payment of your order, if you wish to cancel your order you can reach us through customerservice@dosmios.com or call us on 18008913242. After the cancellation of your order you will receive a confirmation mail to your mail id or also you will receive a message from the dosmios about your order cancellation. if you made any payment for that order, the amount will be refunded within Seven(7)working days to your bank account . 

If you want to return the product that you are not needed at the time of receiving the order, you can simply return it to the delivery person .we are following the No Question Ask Return Policy( Terms and conditions apply) . So that the delivery representative can received the return product to the company. The customer can pay the billing amount to the recived products only, in case if the customer already paid the full payment to the order through online we can deduct the  amount from the total biiling amount after we receive the return product from the delivery representative . The amount return process initiated and you will notify when we recieved the item and our customer service representative will contact you to know the exact query regrding of the product.If the customer opted for the refund of the amount then the refund process initiated . The customer will get the refund payment notification via mail and message also, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer bank account within seven (7) Working days.

Note: The products  like Perishable goods like (vegetables ,,fruits,meat,milk,eggs,flowers.) are to be return with in 24 hrs - 36 hrs / or else the customer return them with the same delivery representative at the time of delivery. After the 36 hrs of the delivery the perishable goods are cannot be return back / or the amount nor to be returned if the issue doesnot mention to dosmios customerservice. Otherthan the perishable goods the customer can return the products carefully to the delivery representative before 4 - 7 working days. After the 7 days period expired from the date of delivery the returned products are not accepted.

Note: In case of the fragile items the delivery representative was reponsible for the delivery of the product.,after the delivery the customer was the responsible for the breakage / damage of the product . So that, we are advising our customers please check the products before receiving  the delivery from the delivery representative. In case, if the customer find the delivered product damaged / spoiled at the time of delivery please reject the product and return back with the same delivery representative , so that we will rectify the issue and inform to the customer.
